Spain midfielder Aitana Bonmati has been discharged from hospital after being treated for viral meningitis days before the start of Euro 2025.
The 27-year-old, who has won the Ballon d'Or for the past two years, missed Friday's 3-1 friendly win over Japan in Leganes, Spain.
She did not train on Thursday and was taken to a hospital in Madrid on Friday.
The Spanish Football Federation said the Barcelona player will join up with the national team "in the coming days", with the squad heading to Switzerland on Sunday afternoon.
