Week one is here. In just a few days, LSU football will travel to Clemson and kick-off its 2025 campaign. The game features two top-10 ranked teams and will have massive College Football Playoff implications.

LSU is looking to snap a five-year week one losing streak. The last time LSU won a season opener was 2019, when Joe Burrow and company began their run to a national title.

LSU has the roster to break the week one curse, but playing on the road at Clemson is a tough test. Dabo Swinney's team is a bonafide national title contender and Clemson returns more production than any other team in the country. Led by veteran QB Cade Klubnik, Clemson has future NFL talent across the board. Despite LSU's high hopes for 2025, the Tigers are underdogs in this one.
