Cole, a young soccer player from Sunderland, England, makes his coach Andy Wright's day when he follows advice and scores a goal.

When a soccer coach stopped practice to give a youngster some advice, he couldn't believe what happened next.

Andy Cartwright, a former professional footballer and academy coach with Sunderland AFC in England, now runs Andrew Cartwright Football Coaching in Sunderland, UK, where he passes on his vast knowledge to young players.

As well as learning the skills of the game, children of all ages are encouraged to focus on maintaining high standards of behaviour, a good attitude, and good sportsmanship.

Cartwright believes a key part of developing the players' talent is encouraging them to listen! And one youngster named Cole did just that when Andy stopped a session to give him some advice. Minutes later, the advice paid off, and the magical moment left the boy and his coach ecstatic!
