A Los Angeles federal judge was skeptical Monday of arguments that the TV show "Yellowjackets" copies from the 2015 film "Eden" themes of social breakdown after a soccer team is stranded in a plane crash.

Judge Dean D. Pregerson took under submission a motion to dismiss Eden Film Production LLC's November complaint during a hearing in the US District Court for the Central District of California, asking the film company's attorney, "What is it that you think you own?"
